12V LiFePO4 Battery Pack

The 12V category on this site covers three listed packs: a 6Ah pack, a 12Ah pack and a 36Ah pack, all at a 12.8 V nominal voltage. These are the 12V models with a listed specification. Other 12V capacities that appear only as general titles are not given product pages here, because a title alone is not a model specification.

What the 12V range contains

The smallest listed 12V pack is the 6Ah model. It is a compact unit with a 76.8 Wh energy figure, a plastic housing and an IP55 rating in its listed specification. It suits a buyer who needs a small 12V unit and who wants to check the dimensions and weight before committing, because a small pack is often chosen for a tight space rather than for its capacity alone. The product page for this pack is a single page for the 12V 6Ah specification, even though two listing suffixes show the same specification; the suffix difference has not been verified, so the two suffixes are not presented as two separate models.

The 12Ah pack sits in the middle of the listed 12V range. Its listed specification gives a 153.6 Wh energy figure, a 4S2P arrangement of 32700-format cells and an IP55 housing. The 36Ah pack is the largest listed 12V model on this site, with a 460.8 Wh energy figure and a 4S5P arrangement of the same cell format. Reading the three pages together shows how capacity, weight and dimensions change together, which is more useful than comparing capacity figures alone. A buyer who needs a 12V pack should start from the system the pack will serve, then check the discharge current and the terminal type for the chosen model.

Choosing between the three 12V models

Nominal voltage is the working voltage used to describe a pack, while charge voltage and cut-off voltage are separate limits. A 12.8 V pack, a 25.6 V pack and a 51.2 V pack belong to different systems and are not interchangeable, even when their capacities look similar. Buyers should confirm the system voltage, the charge voltage and the cut-off voltage for the exact model, and should check that the existing charger or inverter settings match those limits before ordering.

A 12V pack is often used where a 12V system already exists, such as a small backup unit, a portable unit or a low-voltage application described on the application pages. The application pages on this site describe uses in general terms and do not turn an application into a product claim. If the application needs a sustained discharge current above the listed maximum for a model, that model is not the right choice, even if its capacity looks sufficient. The enquiry checklist on each product page asks for the discharge current for exactly this reason.

Enquiry checklist

Before sending an enquiry, note the voltage, capacity, quantity, application and any required certification document. State whether the pack will be used indoors or outdoors, and whether a display or a particular terminal type is needed. Minimum order quantity and lead time are unavailable on this site and are confirmed per model in the enquiry. Quotations are confirmed per order.

Frequently asked questions

How do I get a quotation?

Send an enquiry with the voltage, capacity and quantity you need, plus the application. Quotations are confirmed per order, and specifications are confirmed per model before payment. This site does not list fixed selling figures.

What certification documents can you provide?

ISO 9001 is stated by the company. Certificates are available upon request. If a buyer needs a certificate for a specific model, ask for it in the enquiry and name the model, so the correct document can be checked.

Are the specifications on this page valid for every model?

No. Specifications are shown per model and must not be read across the whole range. Where a value is not listed for a model, the page says to confirm per model rather than filling in a generic figure.
