LiFePO4 Battery Safety
Safety in a LiFePO4 pack comes from the chemistry, the management system, the housing and the installation together. This guide explains those layers in general terms. It does not give a safety guarantee for any model, and it does not present a protection list as a range-wide promise, because protection is stated per model on the product pages.
The layers of safety
The first layer is the chemistry itself. LiFePO4 is known for thermal stability compared with some other lithium chemistries, which is a general property of the chemistry, not a promise for a particular pack. The second layer is the management system, which monitors cell voltages and pack temperature and disconnects the pack when a limit is crossed. The third layer is the housing and the installation: a pack mounted securely, with ventilation and cable access as required, is safer in practice than the same pack mounted poorly. All three layers matter, and a weakness in one layer is not compensated by strength in another.
Certification is handled carefully on this site. ISO 9001 is stated by the company, and certificates are available upon request. No certificate number and no issuing body is stated, because no certificate document has been provided for publication. A buyer who needs a certificate for a particular model should name that model and the document needed in the enquiry, so the correct document can be checked rather than a general certificate description being assumed to cover every model.
Installation and use checks
A battery management system watches the cells in a pack and disconnects the pack when a limit is crossed. The exact limits depend on the model, so buyers should check the protection list for the model they are considering rather than assuming every pack in a range shares the same list. In the models listed on this site, protection typically covers over-charge, over-discharge, over-current, over-temperature and short circuit, with cell balancing on some models only. Where a model page does not list balancing, it is not claimed for that model.
Installation checks include the mounting position, the ventilation, the cable size and the terminal torque, where those details are given for the model. Use checks include respecting the listed charge voltage, charge current, discharge current and temperature ranges for the model. A pack used outside those ranges is being used outside its stated limits, even if it continues to work for a time. If an installation requires a value outside a listed range, the enquiry should state that requirement, so the manufacturer can confirm whether a listed model fits or whether a different arrangement is needed.
What this guide does not promise
This guide does not promise that any pack on this site is safe for every installation, because safety depends on the installation as well as the pack. It does not give a protection list for the whole range, because protection is stated per model. It does not present a certification type mentioned in a title as a certificate for a model. Those limits are stated openly, so a buyer does not mistake a general safety discussion for a model-specific safety guarantee. Buyers who need a protection function or a certificate for a particular installation should name the model and the requirement in the enquiry.
For a business enquiry, the most useful details are the system voltage, the capacity, the expected discharge current, the operating temperature range and the physical space available. A pack that fits on paper can still fail in use if the discharge current, the temperature range or the terminal layout does not match the application. That is why this site asks buyers to confirm specifications per model, rather than selecting from a generic table.
Enquiry checklist
Before sending an enquiry, note the voltage, capacity, quantity, application and any required certification document. State whether the pack will be used indoors or outdoors, and whether a display or a particular terminal type is needed. Minimum order quantity and lead time are unavailable on this site and are confirmed per model in the enquiry. Quotations are confirmed per order.

Frequently asked questions
How do I get a quotation?
Send an enquiry with the voltage, capacity and quantity you need, plus the application. Quotations are confirmed per order, and specifications are confirmed per model before payment. This site does not list fixed selling figures.
What certification documents can you provide?
ISO 9001 is stated by the company. Certificates are available upon request. If a buyer needs a certificate for a specific model, ask for it in the enquiry and name the model, so the correct document can be checked.
Are the specifications on this page valid for every model?
No. Specifications are shown per model and must not be read across the whole range. Where a value is not listed for a model, the page says to confirm per model rather than filling in a generic figure.
