24V 150Ah LiFePO4 Battery Pack
This page describes a 24V pack at 150Ah, with a nominal voltage of 25.6 V and an energy figure of 3840 Wh. It is the largest listed 24V model on this site, with a weight of about 30 kg and an IP55 housing in its listed specification. Its current limits are correspondingly higher than those of the smaller 24V models, but they are still model-specific limits, not a range-wide promise.
Listed specification in context
The charge current is listed at 50 A, with a maximum of 120 A, and the discharge current at 50 A, with a maximum sustained current of 120 A and a pulse current of 250 A for less than 100 milliseconds. The cut-off voltage is listed at 20.0 V. A buyer planning a load near those limits should check the pulse duration carefully, because a pulse rating for less than 100 milliseconds does not describe a sustained load. The temperature ranges match the pattern of other models in this range - charging from 0 to 45 degrees Celsius, discharging from minus 20 to 60 degrees Celsius, and storage from 0 to 45 degrees Celsius - but they are stated here for this model only.
Cycle life is listed at 2000 cycles under a stated condition: charging and discharging at 0.2C down to 70 percent capacity. That figure is lower than the figure listed for the 60Ah model, and the difference is a reminder that cycle figures depend on the model and on the test condition, not on capacity alone. The internal resistance is listed at no more than 35 milliohms, and self-discharge at no more than 3.5 percent per month at 25 degrees Celsius.
Use and limits
A battery management system watches the cells in a pack and disconnects the pack when a limit is crossed. The exact limits depend on the model, so buyers should check the protection list for the model they are considering rather than assuming every pack in a range shares the same list. In the models listed on this site, protection typically covers over-charge, over-discharge, over-current, over-temperature and short circuit, with cell balancing on some models only. Where a model page does not list balancing, it is not claimed for that model.
At about 30 kg, this pack needs a planned mounting position and handling route. The dimensions in the listed specification - 522 by 238 by 217 by 217 mm - should be checked against the available space, including cable access, before an order is placed. The M8 terminal in the listed specification should also be checked against the existing cabling. Those physical checks are part of the enquiry, not an afterthought, because a pack that cannot be mounted or connected correctly cannot serve its application regardless of its capacity.

Enquiry checklist
Before sending an enquiry, note the voltage, capacity, quantity, application and any required certification document. State whether the pack will be used indoors or outdoors, and whether a display or a particular terminal type is needed. Minimum order quantity and lead time are unavailable on this site and are confirmed per model in the enquiry. Quotations are confirmed per order.

Frequently asked questions
How do I get a quotation?
Send an enquiry with the voltage, capacity and quantity you need, plus the application. Quotations are confirmed per order, and specifications are confirmed per model before payment. This site does not list fixed selling figures.
What certification documents can you provide?
ISO 9001 is stated by the company. Certificates are available upon request. If a buyer needs a certificate for a specific model, ask for it in the enquiry and name the model, so the correct document can be checked.
Are the specifications on this page valid for every model?
No. Specifications are shown per model and must not be read across the whole range. Where a value is not listed for a model, the page says to confirm per model rather than filling in a generic figure.
